Alex Schlight

Alex Schlight is a Partner at Hintze Law PLLC and is co-chair of the firm’s Workplace Privacy Group and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Group.

Alex counsels US and international clients on data privacy & AI compliance and risk management strategies.

Alex’s work includes developing privacy & AI policies, drafting and negotiating data protection agreements, performing privacy by design reviews, developing privacy programs, conducting assessments to support records of processing activities and risk analysis and mitigation, and processing data subject requests.

Her privacy experience also includes working in-house through secondments with Fortune 100 tech and social media companies as well as internships with Concur and DocuSign. Her clients include start-ups, mid-size, to Fortune 100 companies to emerging tech clients, including SAAS, AI, ecommerce, travel, advertising, AR/VR, life sciences, data analytics, and authentication and authorization companies.
